Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS

For all reservations made online, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. Please review the booking details and cancellation terms & conditions. A printed copy of your confirmation should be provided upon check-in.

 

RATES

All rates are quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) per apartment per night, unless stated otherwise. All prices include 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT and Tourism Dirham Fees. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, your price is confirmed once you are provided with a confirmation number.

 

EXTRA BED AND CHILD POLICY

  • Extra Person can be accommodated in an Extra Bed charged at AED 105 per night, service charge and VAT on Room Only Basis and AED 155/- per night with Breakfast. Extra bed cannot be arranged in Superior Room.
  • One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • Guest above 12 years of age is considered as an adult.
  • Maximum number of children sharing parent's room is two (02) children per room.
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds or baby cots in an apartment is one (01).

  • Peak Season Breakfast Charges: ( January, February, March, April ,October, November and December)

    • Breakfast will be charged at AED 55/-net per adult per day during the high season
    • Breakfast for children aged 6-11 will cost AED 27.50 per night, per child.
    • Children above 12 years of age will be charged adult rates.

     

  • Summer Season Breakfast Charges: (May, June, July, August and September)

    • Breakfast will be charged at AED 45/-net per adult per day during the low season.
    • Breakfast for children aged 6-11 will cost AED 22.50 per night, per child.
    • Children above 12 years of age will be charged adult rates.

 

GUARANTEE / PRE-PAYMENT

Credit Card details are required to confirm and guarantee the reservation. For Pre-Pay reservations your credit card will be charged for the full stay, at the time of making the reservation.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning required due to misuse of the unit.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations should be made online via the Cancellation option available on our web booking system. A Reservation Cancellation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of making the reservation. All cancellations are in accordance with the reservation’s terms and conditions.

Standard Cancellation Policy – a cancellation can be made within 48 hours from the date of arrival. In case of cancellation later than 48 hrs before the date of arrival and/or in case of a No-show, one night charge will be applicable.

Pre-Paid Non-Refundable Rates – in case of any change and/or cancellation, a full stay charge will be applicable.

 

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARD

For reservation guarantee and for payment at the Hotel Apartments Reception all major credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB. For online payment only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check-out in 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival, reservation must be made from the previous night. Early check-in from 9am onwards is subject to availability. Late check-out until 3pm can be extended without any charge subject to availability. For late check-out between 3pm –18:00pm, a 50% charge of room rate will be applied. For late check-out after 18:00pm, one night room charge will be applied. Late-check-out requests should be advised in advance and are subject to room availability.

 

IDENTIFICATION

A valid identification is required upon check-in such as Passport or UAE Emirates ID.

 

EVENTS AND GATHERINGS

Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed within the rooms.

Visitors who have not been registered are not allowed room entry. All visitors should be registered in the reception with valid identification such as Passport or UAE Emirates ID.

 

PARKING ENTITLEMENT

Reservations for Superior, One-Bedroom Deluxe, One-Bedroom Executive, and Two-Bedroom Deluxe apartments include one complimentary parking space.

Reservations for Three-Bedroom Deluxe apartments include two complimentary parking spaces.
